In the Health app , you can disable scheduled wake up alarms and disable or delete sleep schedules.
Turn off all sleep schedules and alarms
After you create one or more sleep schedules, you can disable them all at once. When all sleep schedules are turned off, the scheduled wake up alarms are also turned off.
- Tap “Data” in the bottom right, then tap “Sleep.”
- Scroll down to ‘Your schedule’.
- Tap “Full schedule and options” and turn off “Sleep schedule” at the top of the screen.
You can re-enable them all later.

Delete a sleep schedule and its alarm clock
- Tap “Data” in the bottom right, then tap “Sleep.”
- Scroll down to “Your schedule” and tap “Full schedule and options.”
- Tap Edit next to the schedule you want to delete.
- Tap Delete Schedule at the bottom of the screen.
- ‘Done’.
Permanently disable the alarm clock for a sleep schedule
- Tap “Data” in the bottom right, then tap “Sleep.”
- Scroll down to “Your schedule” and tap “Full schedule and options.”
- Tap Edit next to the sleep schedule you want to change.
- Turn off Wake Up Alarm.
You can re-enable it later.
- Tap ‘Done’.
The rest of your sleep schedule remains active.
Disable only your next scheduled wake up alarm
- Tap “Data” in the bottom right, then tap “Sleep.”
- Scroll down to “Your Schedule” and tap Edit (under “Next”).
- Turn off Wake Up Alarm.
- Tap ‘Done’.
After your next wake up time, your normal wake up alarm will resume
